Airbnb Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb cleaner to join our team! Airbnb cleaning is way more detailed than regular house cleaning. A love for hospitality is a must! Airbnb is very rewarding, it feels good to see a home so nice and tidy before the new guests arrive!

-WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST! Do not apply if weekends are not available.

-Candidate must have a working smart phone with data plan. Our scheduling software is an app that you will need to be able to clock in and out per location.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental properties from short term stays.
• Execute floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed.
• Manage laundry tasks, including changing bedding, collecting all dirty linens and returning it to our office for laundering.
• Be able to organize without being asked.
• Loading and unloading dishwashers or washing small amounts of dishes as needed.
• Replenishing coffee k-cups, sugar packets, toilet paper, soap dispenser, etc. as needed.
• Provide janitorial services that encompass dusting, window cleaning, restroom sanitation, and trash removal.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in residential cleaning is not necessary. We prefer to train the right candidate!
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Experience in janitorial roles or hotel environments will be considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently is required.
• Ability to read and check off your task checklist every property turnover.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
