Airbnb Cleaner / Short-Term Rental Cleaner

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Cleaners to join our growing short-term rental team in Lexington. We manage a large portfolio of high-demand Airbnb and vacation rental properties, which means consistent work opportunities and the potential for more hours for reliable team members.

The ideal candidate is punctual, resourceful, flexible, and takes pride in maintaining clean and welcoming spaces for guests. We especially welcome mature, retired, or semi-retired individuals who are still active and capable of performing cleaning tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize Airbnb and short-term rental properties of various sizes
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to maintain consistent quality standards
• Arrive on time and manage assigned cleaning schedules effectively
• Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels
• Restock supplies and prepare properties for incoming guests
• Take clear photo documentation after each cleaning
• Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly
• Perform basic troubleshooting for minor property issues when possible
• Assist with additional or last-minute cleaning tasks as needed
• Adapt to schedule changes, cancellations, or task adjustments professionally

Skills

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
• Ability to identify maintenance concerns and handle basic troubleshooting tasks
• Good communication skills and responsiveness with the team
• Resourceful, flexible, and comfortable with changing schedules or priorities
• Comfortable using a smartphone for messaging and photo documentation
