AIRBNB Cleaning Specialist

We are a professional cleaning company specializing in high-quality Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Airbnb Cleaning Specialist who takes pride in doing things right the first time.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, clear expectations, and visible results. Every clean matters. Every guest notices.

What You’ll Do

• Perform full Airbnb turnover cleans between guests
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to hospitality standards
• Strip and remake beds with provided linens
• Run on-site laundry during cleans when required
• Restock essentials and reset the space for incoming guests
• Follow detailed checklists and time targets
• Communicate clearly about any issues, damages, or missing items
• Work independently and with a team

This is not a casual housecleaning role. It’s fast-paced, process-driven, and rewarding for the right person.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail (the small things matter here)
• Ability to work efficiently under time windows
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Comfortable using stairs, lifting laundry, and being on your feet
• Able to follow systems and improve with coaching
• Availability for daytime cleans (especially between 10am–4pm)
• Weekend availability is a plus

Experience with Airbnb, hotels, or professional cleaning is preferred but not required. We train the right people.
