Airbnb Cleaning Technician

Join the Cleanbnb Team! We’re looking for reliable, dependable, detail-driven cleaners who take pride in creating 5-star guest experiences at Airbnb properties in Cincinnati and surrounding areas. This is not your typical cleaning job, our team members help shape the first impression guests have when they walk into a space, and we reward you when guests rave about it.

We uses a Pay-for-Performance model: the better and faster you work, the more you earn. Starting pay is $17.00/hr, with bonuses available daily based on your speed, consistency, and guest feedback.

Expectations:
We expect professionalism: on time, respectful, and committed to excellence. If a guest leaves a 5-star review mentioning your name, you’ll earn a $10 bonus per review. To maintain a professional image, we follow a no tobacco policy during working hours.

Our goal is to grow leaders. Within 2–3 years, many of our team members move into roles as team leads, operations coordinators, or even launch their own business with our support.

Our standard shift start time is between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. This schedule allows for operational efficiency and ensures our team is fully prepared for the day’s appointments. Candidates should be available to begin within this time frame; however, we value flexibility and will consider applicants with availability that aligns closely with our scheduling needs. Reliability and consistency during this start window are essential to meeting client expectations and maintaining service excellence.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, smartphone
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Weekend availability is a major plus
• Prior experience in Airbnb, hotel, or residential cleaning preferred

Duties:

• Perform thorough turnovers between guest stays (bed-making, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.)
• Stock supplies and report any missing or damaged items
• Follow checklists and Cleanbnb cleaning standards
• Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude toward teammates and clients
• Communicate clearly with the team through our mobile app
• Occasionally assist with laundry and staging
