Tri City Furnished Homes is a professionally operated corporate housing company providing fully furnished residential homes for business travelers, relocating families, and insurance placements. Position Overview

We are seeking an individual with experience in Airbnb Hosting, leadership and/or operations to support and help oversee the daily performance of our furnished housing portfolio.

This is a hands-on operations role, not a passive hosting position. The ideal candidate has experience managing people, vendors, or processes and is comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities, solving problems in real time, and maintaining high operational standards.

You will play a key role in ensuring properties are fully operational, guests receive excellent service, and internal processes run efficiently.

Core Responsibilities Operations & Property Oversight

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple furnished rental properties
  • Ensure all homes meet company standards for cleanliness, functionality, and presentation
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
  • Conduct property inspections and proactively identify issues before they escalate
  • Ensure properties are consistently guest-ready and operating at a high level

Guest Experience & Communication

  • Manage guest communication across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, direct bookings)
  • Ensure a seamless experience from booking through check-out
  • Respond to guest inquiries and issues promptly, professionally, and effectively
  • Handle escalations with a solution-oriented and customer-focused approach

Leadership & Coordination

  • Work closely with cleaning teams, lawn care providers, and maintenance vendors
  • Help coordinate schedules and ensure accountability across service providers
  • Provide direction and oversight to ensure tasks are completed to standard
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members or vendors as needed

Systems, Processes & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate property listings and operational data across platforms
  • Assist in managing systems such as Hostaway, Airbnb, and VRBO
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to workflows and processes
  • Support the onboarding and setup of new properties

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in hosting, property management, hospitality, or operations (required)
  • Experience in leadership, team coordination, or operations management strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple properties, priorities, and timelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with technology and property management software
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
