Maintenance Technician – Airbnb Properties (Roxbury, MA)

Compensation: $1,500–$2,000 per month

The Henry Advisers is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of Airbnb and short-term rental properties in the Roxbury area.

Responsibilities:

Respond to maintenance requests from guests and property management

Perform basic repairs and troubleshooting

Address plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and general handyman tasks

Conduct property inspections as needed

Coordinate with vendors for larger repairs when necessary

Ensure units are guest-ready and maintained to a high standard

Handle occasional emergency maintenance calls

Requirements:

Previous maintenance, handyman, or property maintenance experience preferred

Reliable transportation

Own basic tools

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and respond to issues in a timely manner

Availability for on-call maintenance during the week
