Airbnb Sales Intern - Pakistan Remote

About the Role


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to support our sourcing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the foundations of sales, communication, and client outreach in a fast-paced environment similar to Airbnb’s marketplace.


Key Responsibilities



  • Assist the sourcing team with email outreach and follow-ups to potential clients/hosts.

  • Support scheduling meetings and calls between the team and prospects.

  • Conduct cold calling to generate interest and build a pipeline of leads.

  • Help with lead generation and database management.

  • Draft and maintain reports on outreach activities and responses.

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new prospecting strategies.




Requirements


  • Candidates should have 1 year of experience in sales or an MBA in marketing.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable speaking with new people over phone/email.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

  • A willingness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
