Airbnb Turnover Cleaner (Residential Experience a Plus) – Flexible Hours, Weekly Pay

**About the Role:**

We're a growing short-term rental management company specializing in **Airbnb** and vacation properties. We pride ourselves on delivering spotless, guest-ready homes that earn rave reviews and 5-star ratings. Our typical workday runs from **10 AM to 4 PM**, with most cleanings happening mid-morning to early afternoon. Weekends are our busiest time (turnovers after Friday/Saturday stays), so **weekend availability is very important** — we can work with your schedule, but reliability on weekends helps us serve our hosts best.

We primarily clean **Airbnb/short-term rentals**, but experience in **residential cleaning** is highly valued and will help you stand out.

**What You'll Do:**

- Perform thorough turnover cleans between guest stays: deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces

- Change linens, make beds, restock supplies (toiletries, coffee, etc.), and ensure everything is guest-ready

- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize high-touch surfaces, and handle laundry

- Inspect properties for any issues/damages and report them promptly

- Follow detailed checklists to maintain our high hospitality standards

- Travel between properties in your local area (usually 1–4 cleanings per day)

**What We're Looking For:**

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (this is a must — you'll drive your own vehicle between properties; mileage may be reimbursed depending on distance)

- Weekend availability (at least some Saturdays/Sundays preferred)

- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality, sparkling results

- Previous cleaning experience (Airbnb/short-term rental preferred, but residential/housekeeping experience is great too)

- Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently

- Positive attitude, trustworthiness, and good communication

- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
