The Mission: Lead a team dedicated to excellence. As a Team Lead, you aren't just supervising; you are ensuring that every aircraft seat is pristine and every exterior wash meets our customer’s standards.

  • Note: Exterior washing tasks are performed on a seasonal basis.
  • What We Need: Airfield super stars, like you! At least 12 months of ramp experience is required. If you’ve led a ramp crew before, you’re at the top of our list.
    • Safe Drivers: A clean driving record and a license held for at least one year.
    • Physicality: Ability to lift 50 lbs and work comfortably at heights (60 ft).
  • The money: $21.00 – $23.00/hr with weekly pay.
