Capital Air Express is a growing Part 135 charter operator providing reliable, efficient private air travel across the Southeast. We specialize in well-maintained, piston aircraft and pride ourselves on professionalism, strong customer service, and operational excellence. We are currently seeking qualified pilots to join our charter team.

Position Overview

The Pilot in Command (PIC) will be responsible for conducting Part 135 charter operations in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. This role requires sound aeronautical decision-making, strong CRM skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

Capital Air Express Company Minimums:

• 1,200 total flight time
• 500 hours cross-country
• 100 hours retractable-gear time
• 100 hours night
• 100 hours IMC (simulated and actual; actual preferred)

Additional Requirements

• Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating
• Must meet all applicable 14 CFR Part 135 requirements for the position
• Current FAA Medical Certificate (Class I or II as appropriate)
• Valid U.S. passport
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Clean FAA and driving record
• Ability to pass FAA-required drug and alcohol testing
• Strong professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by charter demand
• Ability to relocate within driving distance to our headquarters in Peachtree City, GA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Part 135 experience
• Multi-engine time
• Time in Piper aircraft (Saratoga, Malibu and Navajo)
• Experience operating in B and C Class Airspace
• MEIs strongly encouraged to apply.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
