Job Title: Aircraft Cleaning and Security Search

Training is provided - This is an entry level position with no experience necessary.

Location: USA - Green Bay, WI.

Jet Air Group is a private flight facility that prides itself in world class service. We have an immediate opening for a flexible, detail oriented individual with safety as a key proponent of daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Cleaning interior of commercial aircraft
• Providing potable water and lavatory services for commercial aircraft
• Cabin security searches
• During downtime - facility cleaning & miscellaneous tasks

Schedule:

Hiring part time with full time opportunities for high performers.

Shift availability 7 days a week.

Two shifts available:

• Day shift: 9:30AM - 5:30PM Monday-Friday
• Second shift: 3:00PM-12:00AM Friday-Monday
• Night shift: 8:00PM - Until the evening aircraft are finished (typically between 12:00PM/1:00AM)

We try to tailor your schedule to what works best for you. Some employees only work fixed shifts while other employees switch between day and night.

Requirements:

• Jet Air is a drug free work environment, applicant must pass a pre-employment drug screening and will be entered into a randomized testing pool
• Must be 16 or older and have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to attain an airport badge which includes a 7-year federal background check
• Must be able to work in the confined space of an aircraft cabin
• Must be able to work outside in the elements
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (Not on a daily basis)
• Needs to be self-motivated and capable of working independently or in teams

Description:

In this position you will be cleaning and searching airliners that fly in to Green Bay Airport. If you enjoy cleaning this job is perfect for you! There are processes/standards for the cleaning which you will be trained on. The cleaning is not technical and isn't more intensive than cleaning a home kitchen or bathroom - though aircraft cabins are more space restrictive. The security search is a process in which our team methodically searches the aircraft for any items (primarily TSA prohibited items) that may have been left behind by passengers. The work environment is predominantly inside aircraft. However this job also services water and lavatory on these aircraft which is done from outside the aircraft. When there are no aircraft that need to be cleaned/searched you would be providing facility cleaning as well as other miscellaneous tasks in that downtime.
