This Is Skilled Surface Restoration — Not Housekeeping

RealClean Bozeman is hiring a full-time Aircraft Detailing Technician with professional machine polishing and paint correction experience.

This role requires hands-on experience with buffers, polishers, compounds, and surface prep.
Residential, hotel, or janitorial cleaning experience alone will not qualify.

If you’ve worked in automotive detailing, a paint & body shop, marine detailing, or reconditioning — this will feel familiar, just at a higher standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Exterior aircraft washing and decontamination
• Machine polishing and paint correction
• Oxidation removal and finish refinement
• Brightwork / metal polishing
• Landing gear and undercarriage degreasing
• Interior leather and surface restoration
• Following strict aviation procedures and safety standards

This job is physically demanding. You’ll be on your feet most of the day, climbing ladders, working lifts, bending, and operating professional equipment.

Schedule & Travel

• Full-time
• Early mornings required
• Some nights and weekends required
• Up to 50% travel

Flexibility is mandatory.

Qualifications

Required:

• Professional experience with machine polishing or paint correction
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and consistent attendance
• Ability to pass background check and airport security clearance
• Ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing

Strongly Preferred:

• 3+ years automotive detailing
• Paint & body shop experience
• Experience working on high-value vehicles or equipment
