Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Aircraft Detailing Technicians. This role involves both interior and exterior aircraft cleaning in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

This is not a typical detailing job—attention to detail, discipline, and reliability are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform exterior aircraft cleaning (wet washes, drying, bug removal)
• Interior detailing (vacuuming, wiping surfaces, leather care, carpet cleaning)
• Brightwork polishing (metal surfaces)
• Assist with paint polishing and protective coatings
• Complete pre- and post-service inspections
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain clean, organized tools and work areas

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Valid drive's license
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
• Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends, and on-call)
• Professional attitude around clients, pilots, and hangar staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior detailing experience (automotive, marine, or aviation)
• Experience with polishing tools or detailing equipment
• Experience in high-end or service-based environments
