What You'll Do

• Trip Coordination: Arrange ground handling, deicing, fuel, permits, customs, and crew travel.
• Weather & NOTAM Monitoring: Read, interpret, and communicate key flight updates.
• Crew Assignments: Schedule pilots in compliance with FAA regulations and Jetvia policies.
• Flight Following: Track every flight from departure to arrival, ensuring safety and operational excellence.
  
• Schedule Management: Prepare and distribute schedules, trip sheets, and itineraries.
• Pilot Support: Assist with flight planning and weather analysis.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Concierge, Crew Schedulers and Sales to deliver seamless trips.

What We're Looking For

• FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate required.
• Previous Part 91, 135, or 121 dispatch experience.
• Strong communicator — professional, clear, and confident.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Comfortable under pressure and able to multitask without losing focus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn JetInsight scheduling software.
• Able to pass a background check.
