About the job :

My Freighter is growing fast and expanding its footprint across strategic international markets. We’re looking for an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with a strong technical background in aviation and a deep understanding of maintenance operations for modern commercial fleets.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance including inspections, repairs and modifications.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose aircraft systems, engines, avionics and components.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance by manufacturer and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure all maintenance work is performed in accordance with company procedures and aviation regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including detailed reports and log entries.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations, safety standards and company policies.

• Update and maintain technical manuals, service bulletins and regulatory documentation.

• Perform quality inspections and testing of aircraft systems and components to ensure compliance with performance standards.

• Monitor that all maintenance work is performed to the highest safety and quality standards.

• Participate in initiatives to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Completed general or specialized secondary (college) technical education or higher aviation technical education (university/institute) or military education, confirmed by diploma or certificate.

• Experience of more than 5 years in aircraft maintenance of a similar category.

• Excellent knowledge of English and Russian is basic.

• Language skills must meet the following requirements:

• Be able to read and understand instructions and manuals on technical operation, maintenance and repair;

• Availability of B1/B2 license (category B1/B2 Boeing767-300 with engine CF6-80C/PW4000, A320 family with engine V2500/CFM56/LEAP-1A).

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.

• Ability to operate aircraft and power tools, computers, diagnostic equipment and x-ray machines.

• Flexibility to work long hours.
