Position Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Aircraft Mechanic (A&P) to perform scheduled inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work independently and as part of a small team in a dynamic airport environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform line maintenance: pre-flight, daily, service checks as required
• Troubleshoot and repair airframe, powerplant, hydraulic, landing gear, and avionics systems
• Conduct inspections and document findings per FAA regulations and company procedures
• Read/interprete aircraft maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and tech data
• Replace components
• Maintain accurate logbooks, maintenance records, and work orders
• Ensure tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures

Required Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
• 3+ years aircraft maintenance experience (commercial/regional preferred)
• Solid knowledge of FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, and troubleshooting techniques
• Comfortable working in ramp environments, including lift equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass background check and drug/alcohol testing

Preferred

• Experience with A320 Family & 737's
• Additional training certificates

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
