Key Responsibilities
- Safely prepare, mask, and clean metal and non-metal parts using abrasive-blast and high-pressure cabinet washers
- Inspect cleaned components to verify they meet rigorous quality standards before repair or overhaul
- Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment and keep the workspace organized and compliant with safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members on Lean initiatives that streamline flow and reduce waste
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for long periods, and safely handle solvents and PPE
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug & alcohol tests in accordance with 14 CFR Part 120 and 49 CFR Part 40
- Employment is contingent upon a post-offer, job-related background check
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
- Detail-oriented inspection skills; clear verbal and written communication
