About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Airline Booking Agent to join our growing travel and aviation services team in Muscat. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers plan and book flights, providing excellent service, and working in a fast-paced travel environment.

You will handle flight reservations, ticketing, and travel inquiries while ensuring a smooth and professional booking experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and ticketing
• Use airline reservation systems (GDS or booking platforms)
• Provide accurate fare information, schedules, and travel options
• Handle changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Ensure all bookings comply with airline policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and transactions
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in travel, tourism, or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of airline booking systems is an advantage (training may be provided)
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn systems
