Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Airline Simulator Instructor to join our team on a flexible schedule. In this role, you will deliver sessions using advanced flight simulators to aviation enthusiasts. You will provide engaging, detailed coaching that exposes what it is like to occupy the front office of a modern day airline flight deck in various and real-world applications. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your aviation knowledge with teaching excellence in a vibrant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead simulator training sessions for ensuring they gain a fun and practical experience in aircraft operation
• Develop and refine each session as per customer requests
• Provide clear, encouraging constructive feedback
• Support the customers’ understanding of complex concepts through effective communications

Requirements

• Experience as a pilot or retired pilot is preferred Commercial or ATP/CFI. In- depth operation of X-Plane and or MS FS is helpful.
• Knowledge of Airline SOP's and simulator use
• Some background in teaching or training within aviation or military environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in airline simulator settings
• Familiarity with aircraft safety protocols
• Previous teaching experience working with students helpful.
