About the Role
We are looking for a
Flights Relationship Specialist
to join our Flights Division.
This role is responsible for managing the commercial aspects of flight fulfillment, including pricing, capacity optimization, and revenue generation strategies. The ideal candidate will ensure flights are both financially viable and operationally efficient while maintaining customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor flight performance metrics, including load factors, yield, and RASK.

Identify underperforming routes and develop strategies to improve profitability.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Provide insights on seasonal demand patterns and emerging market opportunities.

Assess the impact of promotional campaigns on route performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Apply competitive pricing strategies for routes and services.

Coordinate with pricing analysts to ensure fare structures align with market conditions.

Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional fare activities.

Work closely with scheduling and fulfillment teams to optimize aircraft utilization.

Recommend adjustments to flight schedules and frequencies based on demand trends.

Manage seat inventory to balance accessibility with revenue maximization.

Build and maintain partnerships with airlines, travel agencies, and corporate clients.

Act as a liaison between commercial and operational teams to ensure smooth execution.

Analyze booking trends and revenue data to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Use data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in the airline, travel, or tourism industry, preferably in
airline sales, partnerships, or account management
.

Proven track record in
contract negotiation
and managing
key airline or travel accounts
.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Proficiency in
MS Office
and familiarity with
CRM tools and data analysis software
.

Hands-on experience with
GDS platforms
(such as Amadeus or Sabre).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
