Airport Customer Service Attendant

Job Summary
Join our team as an Airport Customer Service Attendant, where you'll be the friendly face welcoming travelers and ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable airport experience. Your energetic presence will help manage guest interactions, provide essential information, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Aircraft fueling following safety and regulatory protocals
  • Assist with groundskeeping and maintenance
  • Greet passengers offering assistance with directions, procedures, and amenities
  • Manage front desk duties including transaction support, guest inquiries, and handling phone calls with professional etiquette
  • Monitor airport areas for safety compliance, conduct routine inspections, and report any irregularities or incidents promptly

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, groundskeeping and maintenance
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
  • Demonstrated time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to follow safety protocols

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
