Job Summary
Join our team as an Airport Customer Service Attendant, where you'll be the friendly face welcoming travelers and ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable airport experience. Your energetic presence will help manage guest interactions, provide essential information, and maintain high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Aircraft fueling following safety and regulatory protocals
- Assist with groundskeeping and maintenance
- Greet passengers offering assistance with directions, procedures, and amenities
- Manage front desk duties including transaction support, guest inquiries, and handling phone calls with professional etiquette
- Monitor airport areas for safety compliance, conduct routine inspections, and report any irregularities or incidents promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, groundskeeping and maintenance
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Demonstrated time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to follow safety protocols
