Duties
- Greet arriving and departing airline crew passengers with a friendly smile and positive attitude, providing a warm welcome or farewell.
- Assist guests with directions, airport amenities, and general inquiries to ensure smooth navigation through the terminal.
- Coordinate with airline staff and transportation personnel to facilitate efficient flow and uphold safety protocols.
- Manage concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring every crew member feels valued and cared for.
- Maintain a neat and organized presence, ensure signage is clear and materials are up-to-date.
Skills
- Previous experience as a host/hostess is highly desirable; strong background in customer service is essential.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse travelers and team members.
- Familiarity with airports
- Experience in hospitality environments
- Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally when assisting calls or providing information to dispatchers, leadership and clients
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services, hospitality, and creating positive first impressions.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
