Job Description:
We are looking for a FEMALE receptionist who will play a vital role as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is smooth and memorable. Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests with professionalism and a warm attitude upon arrival.
• Managing check-in and check-out processes, including payments and providing essential information about hotel amenities and services.
• Handling reservations and optimizing room assignments to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Promptly responding to guest inquiries and fulfilling their requests in a courteous manner.
• Assisting and effectively communicating with Russian-speaking guests to ensure personalized service.
• Collaborating with other departments to provide seamless service and resolve any guest concerns.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally in the hospitality sector.
• Fluency in Russian and English, both spoken and written, to cater to Russian-English speaking guests.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems or hotel management software is a plus.
• Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Additional Considerations:

• Candidates with a valid residency permit in Turkey for three or more years are eligible to receive a work permit.
