Janitorial Supervisor at Marsden South

Shift: Monday to Sunday (days will be discussed during the interview), 5:00 am to 2:30 pm

Hourly Rate: $21.12 an hour with experience

Location: Irving, TX.

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years old.
• Be able to comply with a client clearance
• A valid driver's license will be required for most of the current openings.
• A pre-employment drug screen is required for some of our accounts, and a criminal background check is mandatory as well.
• You must have at least two years of Janitorial Supervisor experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
• Basic computer proficiency
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee a team of cleaners.
• Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards, client expectations, and any applicable local, state, or federal regulations.
• Supervise, train staff, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Create weekly schedules for cleaning staff, including daily assignments, lunch breaks, and time off.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed for each account.
• Perform cleaning duties (e.g., sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, restocking restrooms, and trash disposal)
• Be available to cover shifts when required.
