Airport Manager

Denver Air Connection Station Manager

We are a growing regional airline based at Denver International Airport with over 27 years of history in the aviation industry as a Part 121 and Part 135 air carrier. Our operations include cargo, private/VIP large cabin charters, and scheduled passenger service under our Denver Air Connection brand.

We are looking for a dynamic and resilient Station Manager who will be responsible for supporting, managing, and overseeing the Station Agents. This position demands a leader who can multi-task competing priorities, work with airport authorities, vendors and be responsible for the training and ensure the facility is operating safely, in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires exceptional poise under pressure, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to lead by example while fostering teamwork.

Location: McCook Regional Airport

Starting Salary: $25.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and on time performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of station agents
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to ensure operational readiness despite changing conditions.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with airport authorities, vendors, interline partners, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA, DOT, TSA, and company policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Promote a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Be available and responsive outside of regular working hours to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of unexpected challenges.
  • 2 years minimum of experience in aviation, passenger services, or station/airport management.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in aviation, passenger services, or station/airport management.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong decision-making ability and demonstrated professional integrity.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repetitively.
  • Must pass required drug screening and background check.
