As the Airport Manager LAX, you will play a key leadership role overseeing all airport operations and customer service delivery, driving safe, efficient and high performing outcomes across both above and below wing functions. You will be accountable for safety, service excellence, people leadership, revenue, regulatory compliance and key operational metrics such as on time performance, all contributing to a strong customer experience and ongoing business improvement.
Taking a strategic view of airport performance, this position focuses on identifying opportunities to strengthen local operating processes, alongside managing budgets, cost controls and the delivery of local initiatives that align with broader airport priorities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with airport authorities, government and regulatory bodies, business partners, vendors and other key stakeholders is also a core part of ensuring a seamless and collaborative operation. You will also provide comprehensive support for our regional operations throughout the Americas, including assistance with ad-hoc charter activities.
