The AOCC Operative is responsible for Operational Monitoring and Coordination:

  • Monitor real-time flight data and ensure the accurate and timely dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, air traffic control, and other airport units to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage and allocate airport resources, including gates, stands, and baggage belts, to optimize efficiency.

Incident and Emergency Response:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, coordinating response efforts with emergency services and relevant airport departments.
  • Implement and follow established protocols for handling incidents, delays, and disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on airport operations.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute operational reports, including daily activity logs and incident reports.
  • Provide timely updates and briefings to management on operational status and any issues encountered.

Systems and Technology Management:

  • Utilize AOCC systems and technology to monitor and manage airport operations.
  • Ensure all data entry and system updates are accurate and up to date.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to AOCC systems.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in audits and inspections as required.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of operational enhancements.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on best practices and technologic advancements in airport operations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor/Diploma’s degree in Aviation management, or any related field.

• Saudi National.

• Extensive experience (typically 1- 3 years) in airport operations, or any related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.

• Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.

• Good level of written and spoken English.

• Good written and verbal comprehension & communication skills.

• Team player and supports colleagues to achieve their goals.

• Structured and systematic approach to work with strong attention to detail.

• Proven problem-solving competence.
