Airport Parking Lot -Shuttle Driver /Cashier

Thank you for your interest in employment with us. ShuttlePark2 is one of the finest airport parking and shuttle services at SeaTac. To maintain our level of service our employees are expected to be professional, drive safely, and represent Shuttlepark2 to the best of their ability.

1. Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 25 years old for drivers and 20 years old for cashiers.

2. Valid Driver's License: Washington State Driver’s License.

3. Driving Experience: A minimum of 3 years of driving experience is required, preferably in passenger transportation or a related field.

4. Clean Driving Record: Candidates should have a clean driving record with no more than two moving violations within the past three years and no at-fault accidents within the past five years.

5. Drug and Alcohol Testing: Mandatory pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing are required to ensure a drug-free workplace and passenger safety.

6. Physical Fitness: Candidates must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination to ensure they are physically fit for the demands of the job.

7. Background Check: A comprehensive background check, including criminal history, driving record, and employment verification.

8. Availability: We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have varied shifts available to match up with just about anybody’s needs.

9. Customer Service Skills: Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal communication skills to provide exceptional customer service to passengers.

10. Vehicle Maintenance Knowledge: Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to report routine minor repairs is preferred.

11. Professional Appearance: Drivers should present a neat and clean appearance, including wearing the company uniform and maintaining personal hygiene standards.

12. Positive Attitude and Team Player: Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, patience, and professionalism, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

13. For qualified employees, we offer a Medical/Dental program and College Tuition Reimbursement. An additional premium is paid for Graveyard shifts.

14. Full Time and Part Time employees will have to join Teamsters Local 117.
