Airport Passenger Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate check-in counter operations
  • Oversee boarding gate procedures
  • Coordinate baggage handling operations
  • Monitor ramp operations to ensure smooth flight operations
  • Perform pre- and post-flight preparation and data/record organization

Qualifications:

  • College education or above
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
  • Additional language skills are a plus (e.g., Vietnamese, Filipino/Tagalog, Thai, etc.)
  • Previous experience with an airline or airport passenger ground handling agency is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment
  • Willing to work shifts; working hours may vary depending on flight schedules and operational needs, including evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Work Schedule:

Shift work according to flight operation schedules
