Airport Planner/Operations/Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Construction Airport Planner/Designer to lead and coordinate a range of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in airport development for construction projects and the ability to manage variety of projects. This role requires close collaboration with project leads and multiple airport stakeholders.

Duties:
- Planning/Design of an operating airport

- Identify future operational challenges for improvements

- Work with team members to develop and maintain key metrics

- Simulation and Modeling of Plan/Design/Operations to multiple stakeholders

- Data collection from multiple stakeholders

- Anticipate issues and recommend resolutions

- Coordinate with project stakeholder for timely deliverables

- Past experiences in developing budget, schedule and project goals preferred

- Prepare summarized reports for executive management.

Requirements:
- 5 to 12 or more years, airport experience preferred

- Professional Engineer (preferred by CA Board of Engineers, Structural Eng, Geological Eng)

- Experience in similar Planning/Design/Operations

- Highly organized

- Self motivated person for timely deliverables

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Bachelors in construction or related field.

Pay: $185,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
