Duties

• Conduct comprehensive security screenings of passengers, staff, and visitors using CCTV surveillance systems and physical inspections.
• Monitor security cameras (CCTV) continuously to detect suspicious activity or security threats across the airport premises.
• Manage access control points by verifying identification and authorizations for personnel and visitors.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies by applying conflict management techniques and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance to individuals in distress.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or suspicious behavior and reporting findings according to protocol.
• Maintain detailed records of all security activities, incident reports, shift logs, and CCTV footage reviews to ensure accountability and compliance.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of security procedures, CCTV operation, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with confidence through conflict management skills.
• Experience or training in law enforcement or military disciplines is highly advantageous.
• Certified in first aid and CPR to provide emergency medical assistance when required.
• Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV monitoring and access control technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members, law enforcement, and the public.
