Job Summary
Join our dynamic team the end of this year as a Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. You’ll be responsible for performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks that contribute to a welcoming environment for both employees and visitors. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help us maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality throughout the premises.

What you’ll do

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Must be willing to work both indoors/ outdoors.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers safely and efficiently.
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger cleaning projects as needed.
• Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules and maintenance activities.

Basic qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina for performing manual tasks.
• Must pass a 10 year background check.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Must have 2 valid forms of identification for the badging process.
• Must be able to pass drug test and attend orientation.
• Must have work boots (steel toe or composite).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
