Position Summary:

We are looking for a driven Logistics Specialist to join our diverse team. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for initiating, managing, and controlling the movement of refrigerated cargo and maintaining required export documents. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in logistics, be adaptable, detail-oriented, a quick learner, and possess a natural curiosity to learn more.

ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, collate, review, and dispatch documents for export loads - East Asia Region.
• Set up daily container traffic with vendors.
• Track and trace containers
• Cooperation and coordination of work with strategic vendors.
• Coordinate deliveries to customers and warehouses.
• Assisting and liaising with internal teams and customers in solving issues.
• Cooperation with carriers, forwarding companies, trucking companies, cold storages, agencies, other AJC offices to ensure a successful logistic process.

Hours of Operation

• 10AM - 7PM Monday - Friday

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Logistics experience or education preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially in Excel, is required.
• Candidate must be familiar with Incoterms and various modes of transportation to ensure the timely arrival of the products in the most cost-effective manner.
• Previous frozen meat products and refrigerated product experience is a plus.

Language Requirements

• Candidate is required to read, write, and speak English & Tagalog fluently.
