Teacher of Science Job in Dubai Job Description

Position Summary: Teaching fascinating, interesting lessons that stimulate pupils' curiosity in scientific concepts found all about us is the responsibility of the Science Teacher at Al Jazeera Academy. You will help pupils grasp scientific ideas, theories, and experimentation while simultaneously keeping them actively involved in critical thinking, questioning, searching for real-world solutions. Key Responsibilities: You will plan and teach lessons across various branches of Science, such as Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, according to the school's curriculum. Responsibilities include preparing teaching resources, assessing student performance, and adapting lessons to meet different learning needs. You will also prepare students for internal assessments and external examinations, ensuring they have both the knowledge and practical skills to succeed.

Curriculum Distribution: You will present theoretical information combined with practical experiments and inquiry-based instruction. Maintaining student interest will depend mostly on integrating laboratory exercises, presentations, and technology-driven learning. Emphasizing the application of scientific concepts in everyday life, your instruction will make Science relatable and approachable to all students.

Beyond academic material, you will urge students to build teamwork, problem-solving skills, and a systematic attitude to obstacles. Arrangement of Science Clubs, Exhibits, and Competitions will help to foster a greater curiosity in STEM disciplines. Encouragement of research and innovation will come from your mentorship of pupils in independent projects.

Collaboration & Communication: You will work closely with colleagues in other departments to design interdisciplinary projects that connect Science to subjects like Mathematics, Geography, and Technology. Regular communication with parents will ensure they are aware of their child's achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. You will also participate in field trips, workshops, and community outreach programs.
