Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Alarm Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for alarm activations, coordinating responses and ensuring swift communication with emergency services and security personnel. Your expertise in surveillance, communication, and conflict management will help maintain a safe environment for our clients and staff.

Key responsibilities:

· Monitoring of all types of alarm signals including video surveillance

· Answering incoming calls and alarm system signals regarding emergency and non-emergency police and fire service, emergency ambulance service, information, and after-hours calls for departments within a city

· Relay information and messages to and from emergency sites to law enforcement agencies, and to all other individuals or groups requiring notification

• Document all responses and activity in our alarm monitoring software
• Delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy

· Other duties as assigned

Skills required

• Strong attendance and punctuality record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency with basic computer functions, including Microsoft Windows and Office

- Strong Attention to Detail

- Ability to remain calm during highly stressful situations

- Ability to adapt and respond appropriately to evolving work demands

- Willingness to work independently and collaboratively

- Schedule

- Day Shift: 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 8-hour shift between 4:00 PM – Midnight
Overnight Shift: 8-hour shift between Midnight – 8:00 AM

- *Weekends and holidays are required. *

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
