Alarm Dispatcher - Full-Time (Evening Shift)

Join our 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Team! We’re hiring dependable Alarm Dispatchers to respond to alarm signals for homes and businesses. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and want great benefits, this is the job for you.

Pay: $13.25 – $14.75/hr

Shifts Available (Immediate Openings):

• 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m., Thurs - Mond (Tues/Wed off)

Training: 3 weeks (paid)

What You’ll Do:

• Answer and verify alarm signals
• Dispatch emergency responders when needed
• Provide excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Basic computer and typing skills (30 WPM)
• Dependable with stable work history
• Able to pass background and drug screening
• Emotional control and professionalism in high-pressure situations
• Must be available for on-call rotation, weekends, and some holidays
