Superior Central Station is currently hiring for (2) Overnight Staff (11 pm - 7 am)

Overview
Superior Central Station, is a UL-Listed, 5-Diamond certified monitoring facility in McAllen, TX, and is seeking reliable, bilingual (English/Spanish) Dispatchers / Operators to join our 24/7 team. Our central station handles alarm monitoring for intrusion, fire, access control, Video monitoring and Personal Medical Alarms. We are a 24/7 and 365 Days a year Alarm Monitoring Central Station.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor residential and commercial alarm systems around-the-clock.
• Answer Personal Medical Alarms.
• Monitor Live Video and Event Video Verification along with Alarms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to alarm events
• Use central station software to track, log, and dispatch events
• Operate multi-line phone systems to communicate with customers, first responders, and Dealers.
• Enter accurate data and maintain detailed records.
• Provide excellent customer service, even under pressure.
• Basic Alarm Troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — must be Fluent in both languages.
• Must be willing and able to work any rotating shift:
• 23:00-07:00 Currently hiring for
• Ability to pass a full Criminal background check.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Experience is welcome but not required — we will train the right candidates.
• Paid Training! Start getting paid from the first day you begin working.
• Paid weekly on Fridays.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and remain calm in fast-paced or stressful situations.
