Albuquerque Talent Development Academy Charter High School seeks:

For the 2025-2026 school year
Full-time Community Schools Coordinator

Bilingual is a plus but not required. Must have a High School Diploma/GED. Previous school and/or community experience preferred.

Staff report: Mon-Thurs 8:00-3:30 Fridays 8:00-12:00 (PLCs)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, team player who will help our school expand by providing additional assistance to our families out of the classroom. The ideal candidate is willing to work with the administration team to plan and implement a Community Schools Model.

Duties:
- Work closely with the Principal to begin planning the implementation of a community schools model.

-Work independently with families to complete needs assessments and to build a community assets list.

-Work closely with the ATDA Staff to recruit for and maintain community assets and resources

-Other duties as assigned based on student needs

Experience:
- Previous experience in working with bilingual families.

-Proven track record of helping families overcome barriers.

-Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
