Job Overview:

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Alcove Vendor Team. As a Vendor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and comfort of our tenants by conducting tours, inspecting rooms for cleanliness and leasing violations, and performing cleaning tasks as needed. Handiwork experience is wanted for specific jobs, but is not required.

Vendors have the ability to create their own schedule, choose jobs that are best suited to them, and choose the frequency of work. We have over 20 jobs types for vendors to choose from. Training will be provided by Alcove in a self paced learning system! Some of our top jobs are listed below:

  • Tours
  • Inspections
  • Marketing Photos and Videos
  • Basic Room Cleaning
  • Hardware Installation (Electronic Locks, minimal tool knowledge)
  • And More!

Possible Duties (Depending on the Job Type):

  • Conduct tours of rental properties for potential tenants, showcasing amenities and answering any questions they may have.
  • Perform detailed inspections of rooms and homes to ensure cleanliness standards are met and identify any leasing violations.
  • Document inspection findings accurately and promptly report any issues to management.
  • Execute cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively, including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks as necessary, utilizing handiwork skills when applicable.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with tenants, applicants, and landlords providing exceptional service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
