We are looking for an Alibaba Account Manager to manage and grow our company’s Alibaba store. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience with Alibaba accounts and must have good communication and English-speaking skills to work with international buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s Alibaba account and storefront.
- Create, update, and improve product listings with proper descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Handle daily customer inquiries and respond to buyers quickly.
- Monitor competitors and use strategies to improve visibility and sales.
- Manage RFQs and follow up with buyers to turn leads into orders.
- Work with the production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Track account performance (traffic, leads, conversion, feedback) and prepare reports.
- Stay updated on Alibaba rules, trade assurance, and promotional tools.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience managing Alibaba accounts.
- Good understanding of e-commerce and Alibaba tools/features.
- Excellent communication and English-speaking skills.
- Ability to handle international buyers confidently.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
