We are looking for an Alibaba Account Manager to manage and grow our company’s Alibaba store. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience with Alibaba accounts and must have good communication and English-speaking skills to work with international buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s Alibaba account and storefront.
  • Create, update, and improve product listings with proper descriptions, images, and keywords.
  • Handle daily customer inquiries and respond to buyers quickly.
  • Monitor competitors and use strategies to improve visibility and sales.
  • Manage RFQs and follow up with buyers to turn leads into orders.
  • Work with the production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure orders are delivered on time.
  • Track account performance (traffic, leads, conversion, feedback) and prepare reports.
  • Stay updated on Alibaba rules, trade assurance, and promotional tools.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing Alibaba accounts.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce and Alibaba tools/features.
  • Excellent communication and English-speaking skills.
  • Ability to handle international buyers confidently.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and result-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
