Alignment Technician

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial Truck Alignment Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing heavy-duty truck alignments, suspension diagnostics, and related mechanical work on commercial vehicles.

If you have experience working on semi-trucks, trailers, or heavy-duty equipment and take pride in precision work, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial truck and trailer alignments (tractor & trailer)
• Diagnose suspension, steering, and alignment issues
• Inspect components including bushings, kingpins, tie rods, and torque arms
• Make necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure proper alignment
• Work with alignment machines and tools (Hunter or similar systems preferred)
• Communicate findings clearly with service team and customers
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with other shop duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience with heavy-duty truck alignments preferred
• Strong mechanical background (diesel or commercial vehicle experience a plus)
• Ability to diagnose suspension and steering issues
• Experience with alignment equipment (Hunter, Bee Line, etc.) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required)
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in a shop environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
