Schedule: 5 Days Per Week, Including Saturdays (Closed Sundays)

Are you an experienced Alignment Technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time? Do you enjoy diagnosing suspension and steering concerns, improving vehicle handling, and helping customers get the most life out of their tires? We are looking for a highly skilled Alignment Technician to join our team. This is a specialized role for technicians with proven experience performing wheel alignments, suspension inspections, and steering system diagnostics. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and confident in identifying worn components that affect vehicle safety and tire wear. As an Alignment Technician, you will play a critical role in our commitment to delivering a "Fixed First Visit" experience. Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction, tire life, vehicle safety, and overall shop performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate front-end, four-wheel, and specialty alignments
  • Inspect suspension and steering systems for worn or damaged components
  • Diagnose tire wear concerns and vehicle handling issues
  • Identify worn suspension and steering components that may affect alignment, safety, or tire life
  • Clearly document and recommend necessary repairs based on vehicle condition and manufacturer specifications
  • Test drive vehicles before and after alignments when necessary
  • Maintain alignment equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
  • Work closely with service advisors and technicians to provide exceptional customer service
  • Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality control processes

✅ Required Experience & QualificationsThis position requires previous automotive repair experience and is not intended for entry-level technicians.Qualified candidates should have:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on automotive repair experience
  • Previous experience performing wheel alignments
  • Strong understanding of suspension and steering systems
  • Ability to inspect and diagnose worn suspension and steering components
  • Experience using alignment equipment and reading alignment specifications
  • Ability to identify components such as tie rods, ball joints, control arms, struts, shocks, and other suspension or steering parts that may require replacement
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to safely test drive customer vehicles

We are looking for technicians who already possess a solid foundation of automotive repair knowledge and can accurately diagnose alignment, suspension, and steering concerns while helping our service team deliver a "Fixed First Visit" experience for every customer.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
