We are looking for a skilled, professional, and customer-focused Beauty Therapist / Hair & Skin Specialist to join our ladies’ personal care center. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality hair, skin, and body treatments while ensuring excellent client experience, hygiene standards, and personalized care.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming salon experience
• Conduct professional consultations to understand client needs and concerns
• Provide clear post-treatment and home-care guidelines
• Book appointments over the phone and assist walk-in clients based on availability
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records (contact details, treatments, notes)

Hair Services

• Perform professional hair styling (curly, wavy, straight, blow-dry)
• Apply and style hair using professional products such as serums, creams, clays, and heat protectants
• Perform hair coloring services including global color, root touch-ups, bleach, and highlights
• Perform smoothing treatments such as keratin and protein treatments following proper protocols

Skin & Facial Treatments

• Provide manual and machine-assisted facials for all skin types and conditions
• Customize treatments based on skin analysis and client requirements
• Deliver facials for hydration, acne, pigmentation, anti-aging, and sensitive skin
• Educate clients on skincare routines and aftercare

Body Treatments & Massage

• Perform professional massage treatments including relaxing massage, Swedish massage, and lymphatic drainage massage
• Ensure client comfort, correct technique, and professional conduct at all times

Hand & Foot Care

• Provide hand and foot spa services (non-medical, non-manicure/pedicure services)
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards

Sales & Operations

• Cross-sell relevant treatments, packages, and retail products
• Support promotional offers and salon campaigns
• Assist in achieving monthly service and retail targets
• Monitor and report stock levels of products and consumables

Hygiene & Salon Standards

• Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and sterilized at all times
• Follow salon hygiene, safety, and DHA guidelines
• Support daily opening and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth salon operations

Social Media & Portfolio Requirement

• Must have an active Instagram page showcasing professional work
• Ability to take high-quality before & after photos/videos suitable for social media
• Understanding of proper before & after guidelines (lighting, angles, no filters, client consent)
• Must submit a copy of her professional portfolio (PDF or digital), including before & after photos and treatment work
• Willing to collaborate with the salon on content creation while following brand and privacy guidelines

Requirements & Skills

• Proven work experience as a Beautician, Beauty Therapist, or Cosmetologist
• Strong knowledge of skincare therapies such as cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and peeling
• Experience with professional hair products, treatments, and coloring techniques
• Ability to provide personalized services based on each client’s needs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma (required)
• Diploma or Degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Beautician: 5 years (Preferred)
