All Machines Operator

We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious All Machines Operator to operate a variety of heavy machinery and vehicles used in our operations. This role involves the safe operation of equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks, loaders, forklifts, and cranes (if licensed), depending on project requirements. The operator must perform pre-use inspections, follow safety procedures, and assist in site or logistical tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various heavy-duty vehicles including but not limited to:
• Excavators
• Bulldozers
• Wheel Loaders
• Backhoes
• Graders
• Cranes (if certified)
• Forklifts
• Dump Trucks / Tippers
• Compactors / Rollers
• Conduct daily pre-operational checks and basic maintenance (fueling, lubricating, cleaning, etc.).
• Read and interpret job instructions, site layouts, and machine gauges.
• Work in coordination with site supervisors, signalers, and ground crew.
• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, MSHA).
• Document machine usage, maintenance logs, and incident reports if needed.
• Identify faults and report machinery issues for timely maintenance.

Main Duties:

• Trial Operators & Drivers in Interview
• Loading & Offloading Equipment in Workshop to Lowbed
• Testing Machinery After Workshop Repairs
• Emergency cover to any site for operating
• Basic Operator training to current operators

Preferred Qualifications:

• Light Vehicle License
• Speak & Write English
• Minimum of 10 years' experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
