Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen or bar staff
• Prepare and serve food and drinks according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations to uphold health and safety standards
• Assist with opening or closing duties, including setup, restocking supplies, and cleaning procedures
• Collaborate with team members across all roles to ensure seamless service delivery during busy hours
• Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for all roles
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters teamwork
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to learn new skills across different restaurant functions
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous but not mandatory
