Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and experienced All rounder Barber to join our men’s salon. The ideal candidate will be versatile in all aspects of men’s grooming, including haircuts, beard styling, shaving, and hair treatments. You will provide excellent customer service, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional haircuts and hairstyles tailored to client preferences.
• Perform beard trimming, shaping, and styling with precision.
• Execute classic and modern shaving techniques.
• Offer hair treatments, including coloring, highlights, and keratin.
• Perform basic facials and skin care services for men.
• Recommend suitable grooming and hair care products to clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and the salon workspace.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Build rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on the latest men’s grooming trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional barber or stylist.
• Knowledge of different haircut styles and grooming techniques.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must maintain a neat and professional appearance.

Compensation: Competitive salary with commission.
