Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure to cater to diverse client needs.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with modern and effective services.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences and skin types, ensuring personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for clients.
• Utilize advanced skincare products and tools effectively, demonstrating proficiency in their application and benefits.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat appointments.
• Manage appointment bookings and client records efficiently, utilizing salon management software for streamlined operations.
• Assist in retail sales of beauty products, offering expert advice and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A diploma or certification in cosmetology or beauty therapy from a recognized institution is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a salon or spa environment, showcasing a diverse skill set.
• Preference for candidates with experience in high-end salons or luxury spa services to match client expectations.
• Fluency in English is a must; additional language skills are a plus to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Strong technical skills in various beauty treatments, including advanced skincare techniques and makeup application.
