Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and assist guests promptly
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a friendly and solution-oriented approach
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
  • Conduct night audits when scheduled to ensure financial accuracy and reconcile daily transactions
  • Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
  • Ensure the front desk area remains organized, professional, and welcoming at all times

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
  • Familiarity with hotel management software systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills essential for engaging with guests and team members
  • Prior hotel or resort experience will help you excel in managing guest relations across all shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
