Alliance Manager

Company: Xoto Proptech (www.xoto.ae)

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, developers, and strategic partners

* Identify and onboard new alliance and partnership opportunities

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and support

* Drive business growth through partner collaborations and networking

* Manage partner communications, meetings, and follow-ups

* Support joint campaigns, activations, and business initiatives

* Track partnership performance and maintain accurate records and reports

* Ensure partners are effectively utilizing company solutions and services

* Achieve monthly partnership and business targets

* Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, alliance management, business development, or proptech/real estate industry

* Strong understanding of the UAE real estate or proptech market preferred

* Existing network with brokers, agencies, or developers is an advantage

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

* Target-driven and self-motivated

* Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders

* Excellent presentation and client-handling skills

* Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
