The Opportunity

We are actively hiring Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Respiratory Therapists (RT). At Ace, we believe in a collaborative approach to recovery. You will manage your own local caseload, performing evaluations and treatments while coordinating with our clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluations & Treatments: Conduct initial clinical assessments and provide ongoing therapy sessions within your specific license scope (PT, OT, or RT).
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with other therapy disciplines and the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure a cohesive patient recovery plan.
• Clinical Documentation: Utilize our mobile EMR to submit precise clinical notes and progress reports within 24 hours of each visit.
• Patient/Family Training: Educate caregivers on home exercise programs, safety protocols, or respiratory equipment management.
• Compliance: Maintain "Audit-Ready" documentation in accordance with NC 10A NCAC 13J regulations.

Requirements

• Active North Carolina License: Must hold an unencumbered license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (Home Health or Acute Rehab settings preferred).
• Skills: Ability to work autonomously in the field and communicate effectively with a remote clinical team.
• Logistics: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and professional liability insurance.
